step 1 :- Enter your mobile number (mobile number compulsory)
step 2 :- click on get OTP button after entering your mobile number, you will receive OTP to your mobile.
Step 3 :- enter your OTP as shown below
step 4 :- click on the verify & Proceed button
Step 5:- After entering the correct OTP a window will open as shown below, here you can start covid vaccine registration(click on register member button as shown below ) for any member but there is a limit that on one mobile number you can register only 4 members.
After clicking on register member button you will get the below window in Covid vaccine registration website.
There you will be asked to enter your Photo ID Proof like for example Aadhar card etc., then you need to enter your photo ID proof number, your name, gender, year of birth, etc., and click on the register button.
After that you will be asked to select vaccination Centre near you , date and slot(forenoon or afternoon) for vaccination appointment, select the vaccine Centre near you, date and slot, after that you will get a computer generated slip for Appointment download and print it, take this slip to vaccination Centre to get vaccinated.
